Do You Know The Power of stillness?

That which true meditation can lead you to experience.....it is deep within you, it is all around you, it is between the noise, both external and internal.

When the outside noise in unbearable....do you know how to reside safely withing your inner stillness?

When inner noise and chaos beckons....do you know where to find that sacred inner stillness?

The more chaotic and confusing your world becomes...can you sit in stillness until the turbulance clears and you can see the light, hear the voice, feel the peace?

Stillness....seems all but overlooked and forgotten in the world and YET....it resides within each of us. It is available to each and every one of us...we need only rcognise it, call upon it. allow it to heal, empower, and unify us with the great onesness. it is nothing and everything and discovering stillness can enrich your life in ways you cannot possibly imagine!

In nature....the great stillness will echoe within you. Like a song it will make your heart sing and set your mind free!!! Beyond thots, stillness just IS. Let it be within and around you. It has been all the time....you need only listen, be still and allow nature to reflect within you all that you are and that you are everything...ONE with everything.
